KOI RESERVATION FROM PHOTOGRAPH / DISC
Koi can be reserved from photographs / disc subject to a 25% non refundable deposit which is transferrable to other Koi for up to 1 week after you have been invited to view the fish during the quarantine period. Photo reservation will be subject to a maximum quantity.

KOI PURCHASING DURING QUARANTINE
All Koi purchased once viewed during quarantine will require a 50% non-refundable or transferrable deposit to secure the purchase. No koi will be considered sold until the full deposit is paid.

KOI WATER GARDEN QUARANTINE PROCEDURE
All Koi are fully KHV quarantined for a minimum of 8 weeks in our state of the art off-site CEFAS approved quarantine facility. The Koi are rested in our 22 separately filtered ponds before we undertake the necessary parasitical screening, allowing us to medicate the fish accordingly. Once this procedure is complete the Koi will then be heated to a temperature of 25 degrees celsius and held there for 2 weeks, followed by a cooling period of 1 week. The heat cycle method is then repeated a further two times to ensure all Koi are of optimum health before we release them to the public. This method is above the CEFAS recommended quarantine procedure and is followed strictly by our highly experienced members of staff.
